We provide conversational technology to corporate customers with relevant services, content, or products. BRIDGE deep-dives into customers' content and explore conversation scenarios that are beneficial to customers and useful to users. 1. Pre-Meeting
Share customer-owned content and needs, and discuss outline scenarios. A project can only start when there is value added from the user's point of view.

2. Quotation and Contract
The contract includes an estimated milestone. (Planning-Implementation-Service and Maintenance)

3. Consulting
BRIDGE has several meetings with the customer to improve understanding of the content and to specify the user's content usage scenario.

4. Implementation of Conversation API
BRIDGE implements the completed scenario shaped of dialogues in our BRIDGE Context-Engine and provides it in the form of an API. Customers integrate the APIs into their own apps as needed and inspect the conversations implemented. BRIDGE will immediately respond and correct any deficiencies such as errors or inadequates during inspection. It is regarded as an error if a purposeful conversation does not end or unfolds with an awkward flow. However, there are many factors that can be judged to be inadequate based on the customer's view, style, and preferences, even if they are not errors in expression, order, or format. BRIDGE responds faithfully to all of these factors.

5. Service and maintenance
After passing the inspection phase, the service is started for actual users. It accumulates logs during service and makes improvements based on errors or inadequates found. This phase lasts throughout the service life and improvement work is carried out on a weekly basis. Customers can request additional content and expansions within the domain throughout the maintenance period, and BRIDGE will respond faithfully. However, this process will likely involve modifying more complicated and delicate scenarios than the initial 'implementation of conversation'. As a result, this can naturally take longer than the initial ‘conversation implementation'.

BRIDGE strives to provide an informal quote immediately after the pre-meeting, unless it is an unusual case. This is roughly between $1,000 and $20,000(USD) per month. From simple chatbots capable of automatic response to interactive services equivalent to AI assistant(usually domain-limited), we can provide all the functions conceivable in the field of communication in place of an actual person. You can configure the UX regardless of the interface, such as text, voice, button or touch. If the quote includes maintenance and excludes, the quote will be adjusted by up to 50%. (VAT excluded)
